Hi girls! This is my tired look of today; the last 9 days I've been out clubbing 4 nights, haha. Might not be a lot for some people but since I didn't go out one single time the whole summer, I probably jump-started my poor liver. Anyways, I'm just back from a brunch at my friend Natalie's house with her and Lisa. She had made the most amazing brunch ever, serious housewife-material! My plan for the evening is a quite night in with my boyfriend; True Blood and popcorn. Xxx

Hi girls! This is what I wore for the party yesterday. It was the first party of the semester with the theme color. My section of the student union has the color "multicolor” so that was what I was aiming for. Before the party I had the best birthday, with a breakfast in town, and then a fika (coffee + sweets) with my friends Emmi and Elina. Then my birthday ended in style with dancing and drinking the night away at the student union. I have a million crazy pics from yesterday to look at, and somehow new ones keep showing up all the time, haha. Anyways, now I'm proud to embrace 22 :) xxx

Hi girls! Today is the first cloudy day in like ages, so I got to use my maxi and leather jacket for the first time. I'm so sore at the moment, I went to a gym class yesterday with Joanna and this morning I went to the gym again with my new friend Madi, p a i n ! Anyways, I spent my day so far in town with my boyfriend. We had delicious crepes for lunch, and did some shopping. Tonight I'm going to Joanna's for dinner, so excited :) Xxx

early birthday present

With my family in Stockholm, and me in Örebro, it feels like I've been celebrating my birthday for two weeks now. I got my first gifts two weeks ago and this weekend I got a couple of more. I'm trying to save opening them until Friday since it's kinda takes away the birthday-feeling for me otherwise. But one gift I got from my dad this weekend, which was totally unexpected, was an Ipad Mini. I'm so happy, but also a little bit lost. What do you with an Ipad, other than read books, Facebook-stalk with friends (the pictures are much bigger yay) and use your usual apps? Anybody have a good Ipad-app-tip for me? Xxx

current obsession

As we don't have Zara home in Sweden, I was beyond happy when I found their store in Brighton. I really want to buy everything in there, but since my suitcase was too packed for anything big or fragile to fit in there, I ended up with this soap and a pair of napkin rings. I always try to buy this soap when I visit Zara Home, since I'm obsessed with the smell. I seriously try to find reasons to wash my hands just so I can smell this, haha. Sorry for the lack of outfit posts btw, my photographer - and boyfriend - has been away but is back tomorrow :) Xxx

This is one of the things I picked up in England - a new coat from Zara, £10 cheaper than Swedish Zara, whoop whoop. I'm seriously in love with this coat, apart from my boyfriend, this might be love of my life, haha. The picture really doesn't do it justice, it looks like it's A-line-shaped, but it gives me such a nice figure. Now I almost want the summer weather (which is unusually warm in Sweden for this late in the summer) to go away. Or I should probably not say that, as I'll have to eat my words for the next 8 months... Xxx

Clinique all about eyes concealer

Hey guys! With all the shopping I did in England, I was a bit worried that I would get overweight on my luggage, but it was fine. Anyway, one of the things I picked up at the tax free at Gatwick was this concealer. I've had the touché éclat for so long now, so I felt that it was a time for a change. So far I'm really satisfied with this one, my dark rings are vanished!  Speaking of nothing, I still have a sore throat from the karaoke on Wednesday, haha. Xxx

Good morning sunshine! Yesterday was so much fun, we spent the morning soaking up the sun at the beach, and then shopping in the afternoon. In the evening we went to the cutest little Thai place, where the food was amazing. I was wearing my new skirt and vest from topshop. Then we headed over to a karaoke place (when in Brighton) and sang and drank out guts out, haha! Totally rocked spice girls and Taylor swift. After that we went to a pub for a bit, before we hit legends. It's a gay club, but seriously one of the best clubs I've ever been to. Now we just dragged our hung over asses up to the breakfast, and are gonna spend our last hours enjoying Brighton a bit more. Xxx

Hi from Brighton! I'm blogging from my phone so I'll keep it short, but so far it's amazing. We arrived in Brighton at like 10.30, and since then we gone to the beach, gone shopping, and eating. In the picture I'm wearing a skirt I bought at topshop, love it. Now we're back from dinner and drinks, time for bed since we've been up since 4.30. Xxx

Tomorrow I'm going back to Brighton, England, where I worked as an au pair from September '10 - April '11. I'm meeting up my bestie Alina and Ina from Germany, who I also met while living there. I'm so excited to go back, especially during the summer. Brighton is a summer city but since I arrived just after summer, and left right before, I pretty much missed it. Anyways, we haven't really set any plans for what to do, but I'm guessing lots of girl talk, shopping, dining, drinking and dancing are coming up for the next four days. I haven't really been out clubbing since June (a welcome change for my liver since I went out almost every weekend during the spring). Anyways, I'm trying to figure out the blogger-app so I can blog from there :) Xxx

Hi superstars! Right now I'm at my mom's house after what feels like a 24 hour eating orgy. Last night's birthday dinner for my boyfriend was amazing, as well as today's birthday lunch for my grandma. It's her 83rd birthday today, but she only looks like 73, so, happy birthday grandma! We had the lunch at my mom's boyfriend's summer house, too bad the weather was a bit dull, as you can see in the picture. Now I'm looking forward to a girl's night with my sister, the last one until like Christmas, since we live so far apart because of our studies. Xxx

Hi girls! As some of you might notice on this picture - I've gone brunette! This is actually my natural hair color, or at least I think so, haha. I've been dying my hair light for the past seven years, but I've grown sick of always dying my roots so I decided to go back. Anyways, I'm sporting a dress today since it's actually my boyfriends 22nd birthday, whoop whoop! So far we've gone out to lunch and now we're at his parent's house preparing for the birthday dinner tonight. Can't wait to eat the cake his mom always makes, it's the best :) Xxx

winter is coming

While shopping yesterday, I realized that it's soon time to start thinking about my fall/winter-coat, so d e p r e s s i n g! I want to squeeze the last sunshine out of the summer before I make it more real by buying one myself, but I guess I should start planning what to buy now anyways. I've wanted a fur for quite some time now, but I would also love coat which always feels more dressed up than a big jacket. Anyways, above are my three favorites at the moment, 1 and 2 are from Asos and 3 is from Zara. I can't decide on which I like the most, but as I'm living in Sweden where I can wear all of them from like September-May I might as well get all three, haha. Xxx

Hi girls! I’m having the most fab day in Stockholm. This morning I met my friend Joanna for a day of shopping – five purchases later my feet are so tired! We stopped by at the newly opened Brandy Melville which I love to shop at when I travel, and it was actually not that more expensive compared to the euro. I picked up the top I’m wearing in the outfit there, love it. Now I’m ready for a girl’s night with my bestie Pauline and Denize. We’re going out for tapas, and I’m so excited to see them again! Almost 3 weeks without your bestie is too long! Xxx

Hi girls! This is today's look; from a perfect summery (is that a word?) Pargas. I know I'm wearing these flats and shorts in basically 50 % of the pics, but since flats and shorts-season is so short in Sweden, you really wanna wear your favorites all the time. Anyways, we've spent our day walking around town, and now we're back from the beach. My boyfriend is in the shower right now, and as soon as he's ready we're gonna go to Mindes, which is probably one of my favorite restaurants in the world, so yummy. The plan for tonight is to meet up with a couple of my boyfriend's friends. Xxx

Hi girls! Here you have today's outfit, straight from the Esplanadi, Helsinki, Finland. We arrived here at 10 am, and I did some counting on the plane; this is my eighth time in Finland and my third time in Helsinki. The reason we go here so much is because my boyfriend's Finnish, although he has been living in Sweden for the past 19 years. 

Anyways, a couple of days ago I realized that I haven't really seen any of the tourist sites in Helsinki, so when we arrived in the city we went straight to the harbor where we took the ferry out to Suomenlinna. That's four islands bound together by bridges that contains an old fortress. We spent a couple of hours there, taking a guided tour, looking at museums and having lunch, a really nice time. Then we caught the train to Turku, and went out in the archipelago where my boyfriend's family has their holiday house. The city is called Pargas, and is one of my favorite places in the world, so cute. Xxx

Hi girls! Yesterday was my last day of work for the summer, so today my boyfriend and I headed back to Stockholm, hence the comfy road trip-outfit. Before that I spent my morning at the gym and packing, so hard to pack for 2 weeks which consists of two trips out of the country. But I think I managed to pack everything important. When we arrived in Stockholm, I went straight to dinner with my mom; I really miss her when I'm not here. Now I'm back at my boyfriend´s parents ‘house where we are spending the night. Tomorrow we have a 5.20 wake-up call and an 8am flight, not looking forward to that! Xxx

Skull candle holder from Kosta Boda. Would be perfect for our new apartment + gotta support the Swedish designs.

Rear Window DVD. I want to expand my DVD-collection with some classic like this Oscars-nominated flick.

my five next beauty buys

1. Morocanoil Oil Treatment. I'm probably the last person in world to try this, but since I have the perfect hair for it (dry and curly) I hope it'll work wonders on my hair too!

2. Dr Hauschka Neem Nail Oil Pen. One of those miracle products beauty bloggers always raves about; guess I have to try it then!

3. Osis Dust It Mattiyfying Powder. It's supposed to give your hair volume, which I have a bit too much of on some days (think Carrie, season 1 of SATC) but maybe this could help create a more controlled volume.

4. Goldwell Dualsenses Scalp Regulation Shampoo - Anti Dandruff. I'm always on the lookout for a good anti-dandruff shampoo since I think Head & Shoulders look so boring.

5. bareMinerals READY SPF20 Foundation. I haven't bothered to buy a new foundation since my last one ran out back in the spring. But with fall coming, I guess I have to get a move on.

Hi girls! I've had the best today, such a perfect summer day. My boyfriend and I took the car to Nora, which is a small town about 40 minutes from where we live. They have the most precious little lake there so we just enjoyed the sun, and my boyfriend went for a swim. Then we had some of their famous ice cream before heading back to Örebro. Now we're prepping dinner for my friend Fanny and her boyfriend to come over. Haven't seen them in over two months so lots of cathing up to do! Xxx

Hi girls :) Yesterday I ordered these leather-wannabe pants from H&M. Hopefully it won’t be cold enough to wear them for another month or so, but who am I kidding, I live in Sweden = I'll probably be able to wear them the day I get them. Anyways, I hope these pants match my expectations since I've been on the lookout for the perfect pair for like three years. I already have two pairs in my closet, but something just doesn’t feel right about them. Xxx

Hi people! This has been my look of the evening; the new skirt in action. Not the best picture, but whatever. Anyways, after work I went straight to the gym, yay, beach 2014. After stopping by the house for a shower etc. I met my friend Lisa in town. I haven't seen her for over two months so it was so much fun catching up. We tried out a place called Mingla where they had amazing tapas. It's still around 20-25 degrees outside, gotta love this heatwave!

I'm so excited for the Olsen twins for Bikbok-collection to hit the stores next week. I had a MAJOR obsession with the Olsen twins in the early 00s; my sister was even in their fan club, haha. Too bad I'm working next Thursday; otherwise I probably would have waited in line with the other (years younger than me) fans at the opening ceremony in Stockholm. As the collection will be available in Örebro as well (first time Örebro is not a disaster fashion-wise) I'll probably go straight there after work through, and try to get my hands on one of these goodies (specially the trousers!). Anybody else excited for this collection?

Hi girls! 1st of August today, and I'm really excited as this month holds two travels + my birthday in 29 days. Anyways, this is what I'm wearing today, on another lovely summer day in Sweden. This summer has been so good compared to the last one! I spent my morning soaking up the sun in the park with my boyfriend. When the clouds made an appearance, we went for lunch and a bit of interior shopping. Now I'm gonna enjoy the rest of my free time before I have to be at work in two hours.
